Self-correcting

Rules-based + LLM normalization. Zero manual moderation — the target.
Input
Raw hotel data
Multiple schemas · inconsistent event names · mixed languages · varying status codes across PMS vendors.
Moderation Engine
Rules + LLM
Rule-based moderation + LLM entity resolution · automated enrichment · target: full elimination of manual review.
Output
Clean, comparable data
Standardized records · auditable to source · reconcilable against PMS entries.
Cleaner data → better benchmarks → more chains adopt → more data → cleaner data. The flywheel that makes the position defensible. Each new hotel strengthens accuracy for all others in the same market.

Data management

How Seerio handles confidentiality, competitive exposure and regulatory risk.
01 Three concerns. Three answers.
Concern · 01
NDA accounts shown to competitors
Answer
Confidential Account list
Auto-anonymised on import — name never shown to other hotels.
Concern · 02
Pricing & pipeline visible to rivals
Answer
Not collected
Excluded at architecture level — cannot be enabled by configuration.
Concern · 03
EU competition law (TFEU 101)
Answer
Aggregated to comp-set and market
No bilateral disclosure — outputs always to a competitor set, never to one hotel.
02 How confidentiality works Three layers, each enough on its own
01
CNFID marker
Staff types "CNFID" in the PMS event name. Anonymised on import.
02
Confidential Account list Primary
Admin registers an account once. All future events from that account auto-anonymised — name never shown to other hotels.
03
Pre-publication review
Edge cases enter a review queue visible only to the property. Approve or anonymise within 30 days.
03 Out of scope Excluded at architecture level — cannot be enabled
Pricing data
ADR, RevPAR, rates, discounts, rate parity
Forward commercial intent
Future pricing, sales pipeline, promo plans
Competitor identification
No "what is hotel X doing" — comp-set aggregates only
Coordination tools
No shared messaging, no negotiation, no rate recommendations
